Candidates are selected for opportunities because of their skills, education, qualifications and experience, combined with an agreed decision about career path.
We no longer record dates of birth on our database for new candidates; however this information remains on old records. With the imminent transfer to a new database, this information will be lost.
Dates of birth are removed from CVs along with information about status and dependents.
