Discrimination - our Policy

• Helix does not discriminate against candidates on any basis.
• Candidates are selected for opportunities because of their skills, education, qualifications and experience, combined with an agreed decision about career path.
• We no longer routinely record dates of birth on our database;  however this information remains on older records. 
• Dates of birth are removed from CVs along with information about status and dependents.
• No information is divulged to any third party without the prior consent of the candidate.

• Helix operates an ethical policy concerning use of personal information and keeps strictly to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
• COOKIES: This website uses a reputable web analytics service which uses cookies (small files that your Web browser places on your computer's hard drive) to help us analyse site usage. The information generated by the cookie includes your IP address.

• This information is used to match candidates to jobs according to the requirements of the individual, as discussed with them at the time of interview (which can be either face to face or telephone).
• No information is divulged to any third party without the prior consent of the candidate.
• Third parties will be either client companies or associate Consultants active in our target markets, both in the UK and overseas.
• We are happy to allow any candidate access to their database record at any time.
